These terms govern the sale of products (“Products”) via www.innerfit.be and www.innerfitsupplements.com between the customer (“Customer”) and Innerfit. All orders imply full acceptance of these terms. The Customer confirms being legally competent and purchasing for private use.

Article 2: Orders

Orders are placed via the website. An order is final after confirmation. Innerfit may cancel orders in case of non-payment or incorrect information. Innerfit is not liable for stock shortages.

Article 3: Prices

Prices are in EUR, including VAT, excluding shipping and import duties. Prices at the time of order apply. Products remain property of Innerfit until fully paid. Discounts cannot be combined.

Shipping:
BE, NL, LU, FR, DE: €4 under €50, Free above €50

Article 4: Payment

Payments are processed via Mollie (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay) . Innerfit is not liable for payment system issues or fraud.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the provided address. Estimated delivery times:

BE / NL / LU: 1–2 days
EU: 2–4 days
Worldwide: 2–7 days

Innerfit is not liable for delays or loss.

Article 6: Right of withdrawal

Customers have 14 days to return products. Products must be unused and unopened. Refunds (excluding shipping) are issued within 30 days.

Article 7: Liability

Products comply with EU regulations. Supplements do not replace a healthy lifestyle. Innerfit is not liable for misuse. Liability is limited to product value.

Article 8: Retention of title

Ownership remains with Innerfit until full payment.

Article 9: Website information

Innerfit is not responsible for inaccuracies on the website.

Article 10: Personal data

Data is processed according to applicable laws. Customers may request access or deletion.

Article 11: Intellectual property

All website content is owned by Innerfit. Reproduction is prohibited.

Article 12: Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under Hasselt courts.

Article 13: Changes

Innerfit may update these terms at any time.
