Ingredients (for 1 person)
- 1 scoop of collagen
- 150 grams of Greek yogurt
For the garnish:
- A handful of chia seeds
- A handful of almonds
- A handful of blueberries
- A handful of goji berries
- Or other garnish to taste
Preparation:
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl and stir in the collagen well so that there are no lumps. Garnish with chia seeds, almonds, blueberries and goji berries or any other garnish to taste!
