Ingredients (for 1 person):
- 1 scoop of collagen powder
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 30 grams of oatmeal
- Fresh fruit and syrup for garnish
Preparation
Mix the banana, eggs and oatmeal, and collagen into a smooth batter. Heat some oil in a pan over high heat. Wait until the pan is hot and pour a little batter into the pan: you can make 1 large pancake or a few small ones. Then put the pan on a low to medium heat. Wait until the bottom is firm and turn the pancake(s). Let the other side cook for a while as well. Serve the pancake(s) with a garnish of your choice.
