Ingredients (4pers)
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- ½ apple
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1.5 l chicken stock
- Pepper and salt
- 7.5 scoops of collagen (75g)
Preparation:
Peel the sweet potatoes and the carrot. Cut them into pieces. Chop the onion and shallot coarsely. Finally, crush the look.
As a next step, peel the apple and ginger and grate them finely.
Heat the margarine in a large pot on the stove. Add the onion, shallot, curry powder, and turmeric to the large pot. Let it stew for a few minutes, and then add the garlic, ginger, and apple. Moisten with the chicken stock and add the sweet potato and carrot cubes. Let everything cook for half an hour at a low temperature
Add the collagen and keep stirring until it is completely dissolved.
Blend the soup until it's smooth and season with salt and pepper.
