Ingredients (for 100g):
- 47,3g Date paste
- 18,8g Innerfit Collagen Protein (neutral flavor)
- 18,8g Cashew
- 7,9g Sesame seeds
- 7,2g Tahini (sesame paste)
Preparation
Chop the cashews into small pieces.
Blend the chopped nuts with Innerfit Collagen Protein.
Mix the blend by hand with date paste until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Add tahini and mix by hand.
Shape balls of 8g out of the obtained mass and roll them in sesame seeds.
One ball contains 1.5g of peptan
