Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 30g Oatmeal
- 200 ml milk or plant-based milk (soy, almond, oats)
- 1 scoop of collagen (10g)
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well or use a mixer. Pour it into a glass. Garnish with some banana pieces, if desired.
TIP: Tastes better when served cold.
