Recipe: Banana Shake with collagen

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 30g Oatmeal
  • 200 ml milk or plant-based milk (soy, almond, oats)
  • 1 scoop of collagen (10g)

 
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well or use a mixer. Pour it into a glass. Garnish with some banana pieces, if desired. 

TIP: Tastes better when served cold.
